Our wooden-aluminium windows system covers four types of glazing with uniform wooden profiles:

Standard Panes ... warm

One of the main functions of glass is to prevent heat loss from the inside to the outside and to prevent interiors from excessive heating.

In our windows, we apply the combined panes of CLIMAPLUS system. The system consists of two panes, one of which is covered with a combination of an invisible layer of precious metals, while the second pane is of the “float” type. A thin, invisible to the eye layer transmits light and solar energy inside, simultaneously preventing heat transfer outside. The space between the two panes may be filled with inert gas, which additionally decreases the heat-transfer coefficient (U).

Sound-insulting Panes ... peace and quiet.

We need peace and quiet in order to work or relax. As a standard, our windows are equipped with glass sets with the acoustic insulation at the level of Rw=32dB, which guarantees that you will relax properly at home. Upon your special request, we may also manufacture windows with glass sets with Rw up to 47dB.

Depending on your preferences, we can also use in our wooden windows glass the innovative solutions of the Saint-Gobain company, the CLIMAPLUS SILENCE. This solution consists of the application of a special laminated glass with film. This glass reveals a magnificent acoustic insulation performance. Apart from this, it is superior to resin panes – it has a great transparency with no disruptions, as well as the properties of a security pane, or the pane, which hampers a break-in.

Anti-burglary and security panes ... safety

We will be safe when we use the solutions, which guarantee the following: resistance to break-in – by making entrance to the building through the pane difficult. Health and safety – by reducing the risks of injury.

We offer our customers 7 basic glass resistance classes:

• O2 - flats, schools, offices;

• P1A, P2A - newsagents, detached houses, ground floors of multi-family houses, ground floors of hotels and offices, sports halls, retail stores;

• P3A, P4A - ground floors of showrooms, hotels, offices, exclusive homes, pharmacies, stores of a high commercial value;

• P5A, P6B - museums, antique stores, art galleries, psychiatric establishments, bank operation rooms, cash exchanges, stores of highly protected value, exclusive homes.

The maximal safety is also guaranteed by panes with a good heat-transfer coefficient, which equals U=1.1 W/m2K.

Solar control panes ... improved protection

VITRA offers a wide range of solutions applied in windows as protection against the sun. Specific solutions of solar control function differ; therefore, different glass types are applied.

• The easiest way to solve the problem of extensive heating from solar light in the summer is to use the CLIMAPLUS4S panes. The CLIMAPLUS4S glass (4S = 4 seasons) helps to maintain a more pleasurable, lower temperature in your room in the summer and higher temperature in winter.

• CLIMAPLUS SOLAR CONTROL PARSOL is the float glass tinted throughout the mass. Due to the fact that its surface is not coated, it can be used as a single glass or insulating glass.

• CLIMAPLUS SOLAR CONTROL ANTELIO is a reflective glass coated by means of the pylorytic method (hard coating). It can be used in combined panes or as a single glass.

• CLIMAPLUS SOLAR CONTROL COOL-LITE differs from other solar control glass due to a relatively lower degree of light transmittance and total transmittance of solar radiation energy. COOL-LITE is available in a wide range of colours and shades.

• CLIMAPLUS SOLAR CONTROL COOL-LITE K and SK. This type of glass is made in the magnetron process of coating the float glass with a thin, metallic layer of a high thermal insulation property. This product is also available in various colours and shades.

The highest quality of all fitting elements

For our wooden-aluminium windows, we use only the best solutions in the scope of safety and durability. The windows we produce are equipped with reliable MACO fittings.

Characteristic features of MACO fittings used in our windows:

• Sash force and weight is moved by fittings elements by means of a special connection system.

• Sash lifter, thanks to an integrated handle blockage, prevents the sash from dropping and lifts the sash into the correct position with minimal effort.

• Fittings are small; therefore, they maintain window aesthetics at the highest level. Hinges are faced with the sash edge so they occupy a small space.

• Colours of the MACO window handles are identical with the colours of hinge covers/sheaths.

• Applied technical solutions guarantee full comfort of using, because the adjustment may be done in every direction.

• Fittings prevent the levering of an open window and guarantee basic security hindering a break-in.

• Handles have an additional ventilation function (micro ventilation). By turning the handle towards the tilt position by 45°, the sash will move from the frame by 10-13 mm.

• The MACO fittings are equipped with a proven lifter, which will solve the problems in case of windows with a movable mullion, arch, trapezoid and tilt & turn windows, thanks to which the quality of windows of a special shape is as high as in standard windows.

Durable protection of windows and fittings

All visible fitting elements, such as top and bottom hinges, are powder-painted. This coating ensures not only a maximal anti-corrosive protection, but also a high resistance to scratches, water and dirt.
